Returns and Refunds

At Rooted, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, here’s how our returns and refunds work:

Returns

  • You can return unopened, unused products within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Please contact us first at get@rooted.nz to arrange your return and get the return address.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or damaged.

Faulty or Damaged Items

  • If your product arrives faulty or damaged, please let us know within 7 days of delivery.
  • We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and cover any return shipping costs.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed once we receive and inspect the returned product.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 7 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Please Note:

  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used grooming products.
